Webinar: New Hardware Chips for Edge Computing with Applications in Autonomous Systems, AR/VR, and IoT

October 12, 2017

Presented by:

Vice President, Group Director

Description

In recent years, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR), and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies have grown by leaps and bounds. To date, many of the underlying enabling computational advancements have been software-based. In order for these technologies to develop further, advances in hardware chips will become necessary.

In this webinar, hosted by AI Trends, we will begin by providing an overview of important performance measures for hardware chips for these different end applications.  We will also discuss some of the emerging hardware computing paradigms, key players in this space, and the outlook for the future.
