Computing technologies and the internet have enabled B2C businesses to leverage customer data and create new business models. This has led to the rapid growth of companies such as Amazon and Google. In contrast, B2B companies have mostly been using the internet and computing technologies to optimize their own internal operations and costs. However, the rise of new technologies such as IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, and AI are now allowing B2B companies to tap into new data sets which in turn are enabling new customer-centric business models. In this webinar, we will present a framework that B2B businesses can use to create novel data based customer-centric business models that can not only augment profits but also offer added value proposition to customers. We will discuss a few case studies that highlight how B2B businesses have leveraged digital technologies to create new customer-centric business models.
