Origin 3D printed 100 camera housings with better cost performance metrics than traditional manufacturing

Origin has developed a digital light processing (DLP)-based 3D printing technology, called programmable photopolymerization (P3), with an open materials platform with validated cost and performance improvements for a number of cases. One of the cases includes 3D printing of 100 camera mounts that are normally produced using a five-axis computer numerical control (CNC) machine at a fraction of the cost of CNC machining.
