German Federal Ministry of Education and Research funds Polyline project to accelerate automotive 3D printing

Polyline is an innovation project that brings together 15 partners to develop an integrated production line of polymer-based additive manufacturing (AM) applications in the automotive industry. Consortium partners include companies and research institutes from Germany including EOS, BMW, Fraunhofer, and 3YourMind. Additionally, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is investing €10.7 million in the project for a duration of three years.
