Givaudan and Knowde partnership is a signal toward adoption of digital sales platforms by agrifood companies

Givaudan announced a partnership with Knowde, a B2B digital sales platform (DSP) for food and beverage ingredients, nutritional products, personal care, and chemicals and polymers. In February 2021, Knowde expanded its services by launching a dedicated marketplace for the food and nutrition industry. On Knowde's platform, Givaudan will open an online store that provides the food and nutrition customers in North America 24/7 access to the company's more than 800 flavor and taste solutions. The two companies stated that they will add new features and capabilities to the online store for an improved customer experience, but they did not disclose what features they will launch or when they will launch them.
