Brightseed and Danone formally announce partnership

Brightseed disclosed its partnership with Danone to Lux in April but was not able to provide any details at that time. This announcement provides those details, with the two collaborating to identify unknown health benefits from key plant ingredient sources, starting with soy. This will enable Danone, and specifically Danone North America, to promote new health advantages in its plant-based dairy portfolio. Clients, bioinformatics is becoming an increasingly important tool in food ingredient and nutrient discovery. Look to use this approach for identifying new ingredients or nutrients that would create added value, in terms of either health benefits or formulation functionality.
