Antelope announced its merger with Probitas Water Solutions, establishing an operating subsidiary focused on water infrastructure in the Permian and Appalachian basins. It also acquired membrane distillation (MD) expert KMX, which offers hollow-fiber polymer-based pervaporation membranes for high-TDS brine treatment and solvent recovery.
