Graphene
2D carbon nanoparticles with novel electronic, thermal, and mechanical properties.
LUX TAKE:
Substantial scale-up over the next two years has the potential to make GNPs a cost-effective alternative to carbon black in conductive composites, inks, and coatings, creating a huge market opportunity. Clients should view this potential with a healthy amount of skepticism, however, as integration and adoption have always been major stumbling blocks for graphene and other nanomaterials.
